Returns

After completing the return form, a member of our team will be in touch with you.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied, including original packaging and box.
  • Returned items must be securely repackaged in the original packaging/box. Items sent back without this will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Damages & Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and complete the return form immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Terms & Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods.
  • Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as supplied.
  • Returns will not be accepted if:
    • Packaging has been opened
    • Parts have been used or fitted
  • Any part marked with *** at the start of the description is:
    • A non-stocked special order item, or
    • A discounted clearance item
    These will not be accepted for return.
