Returns
After completing the return form, a member of our team will be in touch with you.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied, including original packaging and box.
- Returned items must be securely repackaged in the original packaging/box. Items sent back without this will not be accepted.
- We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Damages & Issues
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and complete the return form immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Terms & Conditions
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods.
- Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as supplied.
- Returns will not be accepted if:
- Packaging has been opened
- Parts have been used or fitted
- Any part marked with
***at the start of the description is:- A non-stocked special order item, or
- A discounted clearance item
